We deal with all stages of the project implementation:<\/p>\n
\u2022 conceptual design<\/strong><\/p>\n We start with identifying the client’s expectations in terms of the functional layout of the rooms as well as the preferred style and colors. We make an inventory of rooms, a concept of a functional layout, views of important walls, preliminary furniture designs, and selection of finishing materials. After the client approves the design concept, we visualize selected interiors.<\/p>\n \u2022 detailed designs<\/strong><\/p>\n we verify the existing layout of electrical, plumbing and heating components. We design the necessary changes to the installation. We make detailed designs of furniture and more complex rooms such as bathrooms and kitchens.<\/p>\n \u2022 investment implementation<\/strong><\/p>\n we work with proven contractors as well as contractors selected by the client. We set a work schedule, cost estimate. We will take care of the collection of materials for the investment and supervision of the construction and furniture works until the premises are ready for use.
